The project: redesign Tandem's onboarding

Tandem is a fictional neighbourhood tool-lending app that loses half its new users in the first week. You'll research why, design a better first week and test it with real people. By the end you'll have a complete case study for your portfolio.

What learners say

The research module alone was worth the price. I ran my first proper interviews at work the week after.

Amira Hassan Junior product designer

Clear, practical and never padded. The final case study got me two interviews.

Tom Becker Career changer

Maya's feedback on my prototype was specific and kind. I rewrote half my copy and the test results doubled.
